Q1 Aviation welcomes Sunwing Airlines Inc. Sunwing is the largest, vertically integrated Travel Group in North America, providing all-inclusive vacation packages to people across Canada and the USA. Sunwing offers scheduled and charter services from Canada and the United States to destinations within the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America.

Q1 Aviation received a Boeing B737-800 tail cone for painting and finishing. The paint job involved preparation, drying, sanding, and an application of a top coat.

Formed in 2011, Q1 Aviation began using its experience to provide unique maintenance solutions to airlines. It assembled a highly experienced team of aircraft maintenance engineers (AMEs) with background in heavy maintenance and specialized services to form Q1 Aviation. They combined experience, training, investment in technology, and a drive for excellence in customer service. These traits have allowed Q1 to expand its capabilities and improve its services offerings to become a fully encompassing MRO facility.
