Our sheet metal capabilities encompass parts fabrication, flapper peening, corrosion repairs and treatment, repair design, and certification to meet Transport Canada standards.
Additionally, our skilled technicians are proficient in conducting composite damage repairs on various components such as fairings, panels, tip assemblies, lower nacelles, leading edges, radomes, and more. Our composite damage repair expertise covers carbon fibre, aramid (kevlar) fibre, and fibreglass repairs, along with paint services.
Q1 Aviation proudly presents advanced NDT capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge equipment of the latest generation. Our meticulous inspections are conducted by our team of skilled level III and level II technicians.
Our NDT inspections encompass a range of techniques, including Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Eddy Current Testing, Ultrasonic Testing (including thickness measurement, bond testing, and crack detection), as well as Composite Inspection.
Our experienced NDT technicians extend their support to various aircraft models, including Airbus (300, 310, 320, 330, 340), Boeing (727, 737, 747, 767, 777), ATR (42 & 72), Embraer (135 & 175), Cessna, and Beechcraft Series.
